Integrated Producer

I/D.W is hiring an integrated, in-house producer to work across photography and video productions.

The Role

I/D.W’s producers are leaders and creative problem solvers that guide start-to-finish creative productions, including on-location and in-studio shoots. The Integrated Producer is an expert at building rapport and consensus amongst a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally. Responsibilities range from production planning (goals, budget, schedule, and scope) through on-site execution involving fast-paced shoot environments and input on final post-production and delivery. This is a contract position, focused on strategic accounts or productions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a strong, independent thinker, leader and decision-maker with a proven track record of delivering beautiful creative. We’re looking for experience and success with live-action shoots, photography shoots, digital projects, activations, contract negotiation, and artwork licensing—with the ability to think holistically from budgeting through final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and strategies for photography and video shoots

- Develop project plans and timelines, and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production for both photography and video shoots

- Hire and manage crews, talent, and vendors as needed for each project

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with each project, and proactively manage any issues that arise during production

- Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards, and that they meet or exceed client expectations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our studio remains at the forefront of the industry
